Triple "E" Framework
What is the Triple "E" Framework?
The Triple E is a practical framework that measures the degree to which the technology in a lesson is helping students meet the learning goals.

The framework is based on three components:
Engagement in learning goals
Enhancement of learning goals
Extension of learning goals.
Below is the Triple "E" Evaluation Rubric.

I used this rubric to evaluate the effectiveness of this website against each component of the rubric.
The final score is listed at the bottom.
Each component of the rubric is evaluated according to how this website integrates technology to help with learning goals.
Engagement
This website was created to empower educators to begin implementing technology into their classrooms.

This support site allows educators to focus on the task rather than distract them from it.

Each section has been carefully created to allow educators to view tutorials and read the research without distraction.

This website is also motivating for educators because it has been designed to be visually appealing to educators so that they are motivated to access it. Funny memes and pictures have been included to motivate educators to WANT to continue to access the site. They do not view it as "stale" or "sterile".

This website also affords educators the ability to view it with others so as to "co-engage" with the tutorials and collaborate with others.
Enhancement
This website was created to empower educators to begin implementing technology into their classrooms.

Educators can use this support site to aid in their understanding of technology integration.

This site consists of a variety of areas that educators can choose from to enhance their learning.

Educators can move at their own pace by choosing a topic of interest and moving through each tutorial at their own pace. This helps develop a deeper understanding as well as giving educators a choice in their learning path.

Extension
This website was carefully crafted to give educators opportunities to learn and build the skills they need in their everyday virtual/hybrid teaching. Each component of this website was taken from actual experiences with virtual and blended teaching. These experiences are framed within both the ISTE standards as well as the Triple "E" framework. Educators also have the ability to fill out the form on the "HOME" page if they would like to see other topics included.

This allows educators to use their learning from the website and practice it in their everyday teaching. This gives them the ability to practice, reflect, and revisit if needed.

A key element of this website is that educators can access it at any time. They can choose to view tutorials outside of the school day and move along at their own pace.
